My Story.
Hi, I'm Loz Sandom - a creative professional passionate about using design, copy, and communication to help people and brands connect with their audience meaningfully.

I graduated with a First-Class Honours in Illustration in 2019, and have since built a diverse career combining digital marketing, proofreading, and inclusive content creation. Over the years, I've delivered bespoke written and visual solutions that improve engagement, accessibility, and brand visibility across a variety of sectors, from academic and non-profit to e-commerce and creative communities.

I founded Loz Sandom Studios in 2021 as a way to bring my skills together and create work that's not only visually striking but also accessible and thoughtful. Since then, I've grown a cohesive brand, developed bespoke commissions, including logos, book illustrations, album artwork, and promotional designs, and organised workshops and exhibitions with accessibility and inclusion at their core.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me outdoors - wild swimming, birdwatching, and collecting interesting rocks. I’m also passionate about folk music and regularly enjoy local folk sessions with my partner.

I make time for my own art practice too, experimenting with new printmaking techniques, sharing my work at markets and exhibitions, and collaborating with other artists in local creative groups.

Above all, I love connecting with people from all walks of life and regularly volunteer with community groups, art events, and festivals to support inclusive creativity.
